Manikandan Arumugam

Manikandan Arumugam has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Manikandan is currently working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Rapport IT Services Inc since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at IDC Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd from January 2019 to February 2023. Manikandan also has experience as a Technical Recruiter at Tenpath from August 2016 to August 2018. Before transitioning into talent acquisition, they started their career as a Process Associate at Accenture from March 2015 to February 2016.

Manikandan Arumugam completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Jamal Mohamed College in Tiruchirappalli from 2009 to 2012. Manikandan then pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Alagappa Chettiar College of Engineering & Technology (ACCET) from 2012 to 2015. Currently, they are studying for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Pondicherry University from 2022 to 2024.
