Lucila Perez Parra is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in product strategy and retail planning. Currently serving as Lider de Negocios Argentina and Lider de Negocio Cono Sur at Rapsodia since October 2017, Lucila is responsible for product strategy across Woman, Girls, and Home lines, focusing on market needs in the Cono Sur region. Lucila's expertise includes forecasting, KPI analysis, and consumer trends. Prior to Rapsodia, Lucila held various roles at Nike from October 2008 to September 2017, including Retail Planner for Strategic Accounts, where responsibilities involved assortment selection and sales forecasting, as well as executing sales plans as Sportswear Account Executive and Account Executive for multibrand accounts. Lucila's career began as a Marketing Assistant at Fourwinds Marketing Deportivo, where event planning and client relations were key focuses. Lucila holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires, completed in 2009.
