Senior Scientist, Discovery Biology at RAPT Therapeutics

Rachel Ames has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rachel'swork involved assessing protein expression and IL-6 production in ovarian cancer cell lines. Rachel also worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at Boston University School of Medicine in the laboratory of Dr. Douglas Rosene, MD PhD.

Rachel Ames completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Boston University between 2002 and 2006. Rachel pursued further education at Albert Einstein College of Medicine from 2008 to 2015 and obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Biomedical Sciences with a specialization in Immunology.
