Raj Kumar

Raj Kumar has extensive work experience in regulatory affairs operations. Raj is currently working as the Director of Regulatory Affairs Operations at RAPT Therapeutics since March 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs Operations at Kronos Bio, Inc. from July 2021 to March 2023. Raj also has experience as a Manager of Regulatory Affairs Operations at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. from May 2018 to July 2021. Before that, they worked as a Regulatory Affairs Submissions Manager at Covance from January 2017 to May 2018, and at Shire from November 2015 to January 2017. Raj initially started their career as a Regulatory Affairs Publishing Specialist at Baxter International Inc. from November 2014 to November 2015. Raj began their regulatory affairs journey at Bactolac Pharmaceutical, Inc. as a Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance Associate from February 2012 to November 2014.

Raj Kumar obtained their Master's Degree from Northeastern University in 2010-2011. The degree program they pursued was in Regulatory Affairs in Drugs, Biologics, and Medical Devices. Prior to their Master's Degree, Raj earned a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from Kakatiya University from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Raj also obtained a certification as a SAS Base programmer from SAS in December 2011.
