Dinesh Arjun

Dinesh Arjun has a diverse work experience in various industries. Dinesh co-founded Raptee Energy Inc. in 2018 and served as the CEO, focusing on building customized powertrain solutions for the electric two-wheeler industry in India. In 2016, they founded Dino Motorcycles and successfully set up a dealership infrastructure, ensuring excellent customer service. Prior to that, they were the Business Development Manager and Founder of Broaching India, where they established a production plant and implemented effective marketing strategies to increase market share.

Dinesh also gained experience at Tesla in 2019, where they worked in Program Management, specifically in charge of NPI for Reman Production in the United States and the Netherlands. Dinesh collaborated with design engineers and manufacturing personnel to resolve issues and supported pilot builds and product launches. Dinesh also worked as a Design Analysis Engineer at Purdue Baja Racing in 2018 and as a Production Engineering Intern at Pointel from 2012 to 2016, where they communicated with customers, provided technical support, and reported project status to management.

Additionally, Dinesh founded Electric BAJA 2016 India and Saraswathy Enterprises - India and served as the Team Lead and Manufacturing Engineer Intern respectively. At Electric BAJA, they led a team and at Saraswathy Enterprises, they worked on the shop floor, improving production capacity and implementing lean manufacturing practices.

In 2022, Dinesh joined The Sustainability Mafia, a non-profit organization in India, where they contribute to building a network-marketplace focused on sustainability.

Dinesh Arjun completed their high school education at SBIOA Model Matriculation Hr. Sec. School from 2003 to 2012, earning a High School Diploma. Dinesh then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering at Madras Institute of Technology Campus from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they also briefly attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they studied Industrial Engineering. Later, from 2018 to 2019, Dinesh Arjun attended Purdue University to obtain a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
