Eric Burtzlaff

Eric Burtzlaff, PE is the Principal/Founder and Lead Civil Engineer at Raptor Civil Engineering. Before founding Raptor Civil Engineering, Eric worked as the Vice President at Altitude Land Consultants, Inc where he managed company operations, the civil engineering department, client management, and business development. Additionally, he has experience as a Project Manager handling various responsibilities such as project management, cost estimation, personnel and resource management, budget management, and more. Eric also has a background in land development design basics and engineering support from his time at companies like LandDesign and Burgess & Niple. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
