Courtney Strauss

Courtney Strauss has had a varied and impressive career. In 2015, they began as an Account Executive at BrandSavvy, Inc., where they were a project manager and interface for seven clients and collaborated cross-functionally to complete projects ahead of schedule and under budget. In 2017, they joined Best Nest Wellness as an Associate Product Marketing Manager, where they managed all marketing and sales product communications and translated complex product offerings into simplified messaging to increase targeted product sales and improve customer retention. In 2019, they became the General Manager at Oak & Olive, where they collaborated with founders to shape and execute company strategy and managed P&L, and led a team of 5 direct reports and 30 indirect reports to cultivate a close-knit, dynamic culture across all departments. In 2020, they joined Raptor Maps as the Chief Of Staff and Business Operations Manager. Raptor Maps is the leading provider of lifecycle management software for the solar industry, with over 40 GW and counting analyzed. In 2021, they joined On Deck as a Fellow (ODCoS2).

Courtney Strauss has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Development and Family Sciences, Pre-Med from The University of Texas at Austin. Courtney also participated in a Study Abroad Summer Program at Universidad de Sevilla.
