Kevin Krachman, CFA

Kevin Krachman, CFA has extensive experience in finance and operations. Kevin began their career in 2007 as a Research Associate at Cornerstone Research, where they performed valuations of contracts, led pre-trial settlement negotiations, developed trial strategies, and served as an onsite advisor to expert witnesses. Kevin was promoted to Senior Analyst and then Analyst before leaving in 2012. In 2012, they were a Summer Corporate Finance and Business Development Associate at Apex Clean Energy. From 2013 to 2015, they were Chief Financial Officer and VP, Finance & Corporate Development at Sunwealth. From 2017 to 2021, they were COO / CFO and VP, Finance & Operations at REsurety, Inc. Most recently, they were VP of Finance at Sealed from 2021 to 2023.

Kevin Krachman, CFA has a comprehensive educational background. Kevin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Economics from Duke University between 2003 and 2007. Kevin then attended the Tuck Business Bridge Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2006. In 2011, they obtained their CAIA Charter from the CAIA Association and their CFA Charter from the CFA Institute. Finally, they completed their MBA in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business between 2011 and 2013.
