Beatrice Martin, née Newsam has over 14 years of experience in software development and related roles. beatrice began their career in 2007 as a Software Developer for QED International. In 2008, they worked as a Desktop Analyst for Amor Group, a Lockheed Martin company, and then as a Software Developer for qedi. beatrice then moved to Amor Group a Lockheed Martin Company as a Systems Designer, where they primarily developed software in C#, with some experience in VB. In 2013, they worked as a Software Developer / Network Administrator for US Anesthesia Partners, where they supported iBis (iMed Business Information System). From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Rowan Companies, first as a Senior Developer, Applications, and then as a Technical Analyst II. In 2020, they joined National Oilwell Varco as a Software Developer, where they were part of a team developing core web applications based on a Microservices architecture and single page applications (SPA). Finally, in 2021, they joined Raptor Technologies, LLC as a Software Developer.

Beatrice Martin, née Newsam, obtained a B.Sc. in Computer Software Engineering from Murdoch University between 2000 and 2003. In February 2005, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft Certifications.
