Kelly Prunty, M.A.T.

Kelly Prunty, M.A.T. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kelly has held the role of Product Manager at Raptor Technologies, LLC since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at SchoolPass from 2021 to 2023, where they were responsible for defining the vision, requirements, and roadmap for the SchoolPass Visitor Management product. Kelly also led a team of engineers and managed the product life-cycle.

Before joining SchoolPass, Kelly worked at Istation, starting in 2013. Kelly held various roles at Istation, including Accessibility Product Manager, where they led the company's accessibility initiative and collaborated with other product managers to improve development processes. Kelly also served as a Product Owner/Manager for Elementary Math, defining the vision and growth opportunities for the product.

Prior to Istation, Kelly worked at Frisco ISD, starting in 2008. Kelly worked as a Curriculum Writer, collaborating with a team of teachers to write and edit the district-wide curriculum in math, reading, and social studies. Kelly was also an Elementary School Teacher, fulfilling various responsibilities such as delivering lessons, administering assessments, and providing interventions for struggling students.

Earlier in their career, Kelly held Customer Service Representative roles at Cookies by Design and Family Christian Stores.

Kelly Prunty, M.A.T. completed their education at Austin College. Kelly obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Austin College in the years 2003-2007. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Teaching from the same institution and completed it in the years 2007-2008.

In addition to their academic achievements, Kelly also holds various certifications. Kelly is a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies, obtained from the IAAP - International Association of Accessibility Professionals in May 2020. Kelly also holds the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in September 2017. Furthermore, they have certifications in EC - 6 Generalist and ESL Generalist from the Texas Education Agency, although specific dates for obtaining these certifications are not provided.
