Arab Saleh has an extensive work experience in project management and construction. Arab has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Arab started their career as a Project Engineer at Al Baa'th University in 1996. Arab then worked as a Project Manager at Homs Municipality from 1996 to 1998. Arab later became a Project Manager at Al Hamad Contracting Co., where they managed projects such as G+12 floor building, villas in Al Joreena, and a G+1 storey building. From 2001 to 2009, Arab worked as a Project Manager at [UNEC] United Engineering Construction, overseeing the construction of 198 villas in Abu Hail, Dubai. Arab also served as a Project Director at AAA Contracting Company, where they successfully completed the construction of 16 buildings in Mina Al Arab. Arab then joined Al Khawaja Engineering Consultancy as an Area Manager, where they closely monitored projects, managed reports, and implemented site regulations. Arab went on to work as a Project Manager at United Engineering Company, where they managed the construction of residential and commercial buildings in Business Bay, Dubai. Arab then served as a Senior Project Manager at Seidco General Contracting Company, responsible for the construction of a residential and hotel apartment building. More recently, Arab has been working at RAQ Contracting Company LLC, first as a Project Director and currently as a Senior Project Director.
Arab Saleh completed their Master's degree in Building Construction Technology at Poltava Technical University from 1986 to 1992. Apart from their degree, they also obtained an additional certification in Unlimited approval from Dubai Municipality, although the specific month and year of the certification's acquisition are not provided.
