Marharyta Maletska has a diverse work background. Marharyta'smost recent experience is as a Content & Knowledge Manager at RAQUEST, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Coordinator IT Team at Bamberg:UA e.V., where they played a crucial role in responding to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. Marharyta also served as a Graduate Student Assistant in Administration at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Baltic Sea Region Research (IFZO), where they assisted with administrative tasks, meetings, and media-related responsibilities. Marharyta gained experience in promoting community engagement for international students as a Student Assistant for the INTEGRA Project at Universität Greifswald. Additionally, Marharyta worked at Brose Group as a Working Student and Student Intern, where they focused on intranet reorganization, documentation management, and IT project management. Marharyta also contributed to talent management as a Working Student at atrain GmbH and gained experience in research, eLearning course design, and project management as an Intern at Digital Latam.

Marharyta Maletska completed their Bachelor's degree (Honors) in Philology (Translation) from Zytomyr State 'Ivan Franko' University from 2010 to 2014. Marharyta then pursued a Master's degree in English and American Studies from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg between 2016 and 2021. Subsequently, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Universität Greifswald in 2022. Marharyta Maletska also earned a certification in Fundamentals of Graphic Design from Coursera in January 2021.
