Dr. Chiedza J. Ikpeh

Dr. Chiedza J. Ikpeh is a People and Culture Strategist at RARA Education Project CIC, focusing on equity, organisational development, and leadership transformation since June 2020. With extensive experience in racial literacy training, inclusive leadership programmes, and culture audits, Dr. Ikpeh also serves as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant, impacting the UK public sector. As a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Chester, research focuses on the career trajectories of Black women in teaching. Additional roles include Trustee Director and People Management Committee Chair at Abbey Multi Academy Trust, where oversight involves talent management and educational growth. Previous teaching experience with Queens Park High School showcases a strong foundation in English and Psychology education. Dr. Ikpeh's academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education (EdD) and a Master's in Business Administration, complemented by background in Human Resources and Psychology.
