Carol Noda

Carol Noda is an experienced product development professional with a focus on innovative skincare, bodycare, ingestibles, and homecare. Currently serving as Director of Product Development at Rare Beauty since July 2022, Carol previously held the same role at Lord Jones for over a year and worked at Crabtree & Evelyn as a Senior Product Innovation Manager and Product Development Innovation Manager from June 2018 to March 2021. Carol's earlier career includes positions at Intercos as Raw Materials & Innovation Supervisor and Applied Research Chemist, and at Givaudan as Application Chemist and Experimental Chemist. Carol began the career as a Fragrance Tech at Berje Inc and a Laboratory Assistant at AEML, INC. Carol holds a Master's degree in Cosmetic Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology & Cell Science from the University of Florida.
