Karina Jarzec

Karina Jarzec is an accomplished supply chain professional currently serving as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Rare Beauty since January 2022. Prior to this role, Karina held the position of Head of Supply for the Americas at No7 Beauty Company from October 2016 to December 2021. Karina's extensive experience in the supply chain field includes serving as Vice President of Supply Chain at Intercos, as well as various managerial roles at Avon, where responsibilities included planning and purchasing for Fashion and Home in North America. Karina's educational background includes a Master's degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Warsaw, complemented by studies at Szkoła Główna Handlowa w Warszawie.
