MacKenzie Kassab

MacKenzie Kassab serves as the Director of Creative Strategy at Rare Beauty since October 2023 and previously held the role of Copy Director at JLo Beauty & Lifestyle from February 2023 to October 2023. Kassab has a robust background in copy direction, having led copy efforts for Rose Inc. as Copy Director from January 2021 to February 2023, and Hourglass Cosmetics as Associate Director of Copy from April 2019 to January 2021. With experience in editorial leadership at Aïshti, managing a team of freelancers, and contributing significantly to content development, Kassab’s expertise spans branding, product positioning, and compliance. Kassab also boasts a diverse educational background, including a BS in Communications from New York University and various certificates in languages and organizational studies.
