Nichole Reed

Nichole Reed is a seasoned professional in product development and public relations, currently serving as Product Development Manager at Rare Beauty since October 2024. Previously, Nichole held the same title at Seed Beauty for Colourpop from July 2022 to September 2024, and worked as a Product Development Specialist for r.e.m. beauty at FORMA Brands from May 2021 to July 2022. Nichole's early experience includes roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., managing product development for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and serving as Project Coordinator for Bumble and bumble. Additionally, Nichole contributed to Williamson PR as a public relations professional and showcased artistic leadership as Artistic Director for Fashion Week Cleveland. Nichole holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Kent State University.
