Raquel M.

Raquel M. has extensive experience in leadership roles focused on fundraising and impact strategies. Currently serving as the Director of the Rare Impact Fund at Rare Beauty since March 2022, Raquel develops and implements key strategies for Selena Gomez's Foundation. Prior to this, Raquel was the National Director at Summer Search, where a revenue strategy was designed for five key regions through a significant $75M campaign. At REDF, Raquel held the position of Director of Institutional Partnerships and National Development Manager, overseeing multiple revenue streams and the implementation of investments in employment-focused social enterprises. Additional experience includes serving as Political Director for FWD.us and as Program Coordinator for Obama for America, where statewide voter registration strategies were executed. Raquel holds a Bachelor's degree from UC San Diego and a graduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
