Shay Haghee

Shay Haghee, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer relations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Fulfillment Operations at Rare Beauty since August 2021, Shay previously held the role of Operations Specialist at Coty from January 2019 to August 2021, where key responsibilities included creating standard operating procedures, managing inventory shipments, and leading EDI implementations. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Success Specialist at Edmond's Distribution Company, Client Relations Manager and Legal Receptionist at Vititoe Law Group, and various legal support positions at several law offices. Shay holds a Master of Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary's University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
