Michael Shanlian Ph.D., C.G.A.

Michael Shanlian Ph.D., C.G.A. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael started their career as a Licensed Realtor at Realty Executives in October 2017. Michael later joined Four Star Homes as a Licensed Realtor in May 2018, where they also served as a REALTOR®. In November 2018, they became a Certified Health Coach at R. Moving forward, they worked as a Certified Leadership Coach at the John Maxwell Team from July 2019 and as an Associate Agent at an undisclosed company from September 2019. In October 2019, they worked as a Relocation Agent at The Villages, FL until December of the same year. In 2020, they joined The Jewelry Doctor as a Jewelry Consultant and in 2021, they worked as a Web Content Writer at Rare Carat. Currently, they hold the role of Jewelry Appraiser at Floyd and Green Jewelers since January 2022. Additionally, they have adjunct teaching experience as an Adjunct Faculty member at Beulah Heights University since October 2015.

Michael Shanlian Ph.D., C.G.A has an extensive education history. Michael received their Ph.D. in Leadership from Tennessee Temple University between the years 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they completed their M.A in Counseling at Liberty University from 2007 to 2009.

In 2003 to 2005, Michael Shanlian obtained a G.G. Graduate Gemologist Diploma in Gemology from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Michael also holds a B.R.E degree in Religion from Midwestern Baptist College, which they earned from 1972 to 1976. Additionally, they possess a High School Diploma in College Preparatory from Romeo High School, achieved between 1969 and 1971.

Furthermore, Michael Shanlian has obtained the certification of Certified Gemologist® Appraiser from the American Gem Society in 2012.
