Victor Olaniyan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and business sectors. Currently serving as Non-Executive Director and Head Barista at Dialogue Hub since 2021, Victor oversees operations, trains new baristas, and ensures high-quality coffee service while promoting communication accessibility for the deaf community. Victor is also the founder of SoleKick UK, a sneaker reselling business, and engages in numerous internship programs, including 10,000 Black Interns and 10,000 Able Interns. An Amos Bursary Associate, Victor contributes to promoting diversity in the workforce. With a commitment to continuous learning, Victor is pursuing degrees in Computer Science at the University of Reading and Finance at Henley Business School.
