Rare Spirits is an independent documentary production company creating cinematic travel films that explore the world's cultures through their remarkable spirits.

We believe every bottle tells a much larger story. Behind it are extraordinary people, remote places, centuries of tradition, and the cultures that give each destination its identity. Our films travel beyond the tasting room to document the journeys, craftsmanship, and human stories that shape the world's most authentic experiences.

From jungles and mountains to historic cities and forgotten distilleries, we produce long-form documentaries and short-form digital content that inspire curiosity, celebrate cultural heritage, and connect audiences with places worth discovering.

Our first documentary, Rare Spirits: Cambodia, has introduced thousands of viewers to Cambodia through its landscapes, communities, and emerging rum culture. Our next production takes us to Venezuela, with future expeditions planned across the Caribbean, Latin America, and beyond.

Alongside our productions, Rare Spirits has built a global network of more than 1,000 explorers, founders, creators, collectors, and industry leaders across 38+ countries who share a passion for meaningful travel and authentic craftsmanship.

We collaborate with tourism boards, hospitality brands, cultural institutions, luxury brands, and producers seeking cinematic storytelling that creates lasting cultural and commercial value.
