Elenami Castleberry

Elenami (Ella) Castleberry, MPA, is currently an Executive Assistant at Rare through Addison Group and has been a Data Research Analyst at Martha's Table since August 2018, where responsibilities include evaluating grant program performance and conducting participant interviews. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist at The Building People, Operations & HR Associate at the University of Maryland, and Membership Relations Associate at Urban Land Institute. Additional positions held involve case management and data analysis with UDC PATHS Program and DC Government. Ella holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of the District of Columbia and is pursuing a Certification in User Experience at Full Sail University, alongside other relevant certifications.
