Jay Ciriaco

Jay Ciriaco has extensive experience in finance and administration, currently serving as the Director of Finance and Administration at Rare since 2016. Prior to this role, Jay worked as a Finance Manager at the Foundation for the Philippines Environment from 2003 to 2016. Jay holds a degree from the University of the Philippines, where studies were completed from 1978 to 1982.
