Joined Recruit as a new graduate. From the desire to start a business overseas, he moved to Malaysia alone and started an education business and ran the company for 14 years. After returning to Japan, utilizing his experience in entrepreneurship and management in Malaysia, engaged in the development of English teaching materials and global human resource development projects in Bandai and Berlitz. Joined RareJob in 2014. In 2015, became an executive officer. Currently, as a CPO, he is in charge of everything from product development to teaching material development and improving the teaching quality of instructors.
