Justin Smerker

Justin Smerker has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Justin currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at RareMed Solutions since September 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy, including Vice President of Rare Markets from December 2020 to September 2022, Senior Director of Rare Markets from July 2018 to November 2020, National Account Manager of Strategic Partnerships from October 2016 to June 2018, Program Manager of Strategic Partnerships from June 2016 to October 2016, and Clinical Pharmacist from February 2015 to June 2016. Before joining PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy, Justin was a Pharmacy Manager at Giant Eagle, Inc. from November 2013 to February 2015.

Justin Smerker has a Master of Pharmacy Business Administration (MPBA) degree from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, which they obtained in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009. Justin also holds additional certifications in "Authorization to Administer Injectables" from APhA Foundation, obtained in 2011, and is certified in American Red Cross CPR and AED.
