Prior to this, Dr. Ramaswamy served as the Compensation & Benefits/Rewards - Head at Diageo Business Services India. Rtn. Dr. Subhashini has also worked as an HR Consultant at RareMinds, HR Director at TeleDNA, HR Head at Priority Solutions, and Staffing Manager at IBM India Private Limited.

Rtn. Dr. Subhashini Ramaswamy has a diverse education history. Rtn. Dr. Subhashini holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in IT and Marketing from AMC, Bangalore, which they completed from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ajman University, where they studied from 1981 to 1994.
