Kimberly Madison is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and business operations. Currently serving as VP of Customer Success at Rarible and as a member of SheFi's Cohort 12, Kimberly is dedicated to enhancing knowledge and skills in the web3 technology space. Previously, Kimberly held various leadership roles at Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services, including Senior Business Operations Manager and Manager of Enterprise Program Management, where significant achievements included a seamless ERP transition and driving substantial revenue growth through relationship management. Earlier roles at Visioneer and Dell further solidified Kimberly's expertise in sales and account management, driving market share increases and consistently achieving top sales rankings. Kimberly holds a degree in Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University and additional education from San Diego Mesa College.
