Rodney Conway

Rodney Conway is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in biomedical engineering and clinical engineering management. Currently serving as the Director of Biomedical Engineering at Hackensack Meridian Health since August 2019, Rodney has previously held the position of Senior Director of Engineering and Clinical Engineering at Raritan Bay Medical Center since August 1995. Rodney's responsibilities encompass overseeing Engineering, Maintenance, Plant Operations, Facilities Management, and Biomedical Engineering departments, along with direct reporting to executive leadership. Notable achievements include establishing an in-house biomedical engineering department and leading organizational upgrades to patient monitoring systems. Rodney has also owned a technology consultation business, Bass River Technologies, and served as a Site Manager at BioMedical Instruments, Inc. Rodney holds an MBA in Management of Technology, a B.S. in Management Information Systems, and an A.S. in Business Administration, complemented by a certificate in Electronics.
