Erica Chen

Erica Chen has had a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Erica started their career in 1991 as an HR Supervisor at SGS and then went on to work as an HR Manager at Bourns, Inc. from 1997 to 2005. In 2006, they became a Sr. HR Manager at Trend Micro before moving on to become an APAC HR Director at ViewSonic from 2008 to 2011. Erica then took up the role of Regional HR Director at 鳳科技資訊股份有限公司 from 2011 to 2013. Finally, they became the HR Director for the Asia Pacific & Japan region at Raritan Inc. in 2014, where they currently hold the position.
