Ramon Setragni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile management, recruitment, and talent retention, currently serving as Co-Founder at Raro Labs since December 2010. Ramon specializes in managing agile processes, innovation, and project management, with a focus on recruitment and retention in the technology sector. Prior to Raro Labs, Ramon worked at Unisys from June 1999 to November 2014, leading technology support teams and overseeing development support, database administration, high availability infrastructure solutions, and pre-sales support. Ramon holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences and Information Systems Administration from PUC Minas and has completed two postgraduate degrees in Information Systems Administration and Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management at Centro Universitário UNA.
