Aysha Sulaiman

Aysha Sulaiman has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Aysha started their career in 2008 as a Payroll Executive at Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) and later held various positions, including HR Officer and Compensation & Benefits Lead. In 2015, they became the Director of Human Resources, and in 2017, they were promoted to Group Director of Human Resources & Development. Prior to working at RAKEZ, Aysha served as an Assistant HR Manager at the Medical & Health Sciences University - RAK Dental Collage from 2006 to 2008.

Aysha Sulaiman earned a Bachelor's degree in Management and Business Information Systems from Ittihad University in the UAE from 2002 to 2006. Aysha later obtained a Master's degree in Global HRM from the University of Liverpool between 2011 and 2015.
