Binu Kalarickan CMIOSH has extensive work experience in the field of health, safety, and environment. Binu is currently serving as the Director of Health, Safety & Environment at Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), where their responsibilities include developing and executing strategic HSE practices and overseeing policy governance.

Binu also served as an HSE Engineer at Voltas International Operations Business Group (IOBG), conducting safety training, inspections, and incident investigations.
