Marwan Haddad

Marwan Haddad has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marwan started their career in 2000 as a Quality Assurance Engineer at MID Contracting Co. Marwan then worked as a Project's Quality Engineer at Technical Stone Co. from 2003 to 2005. Marwan then took on the role of Factory Manager at Technical Stone Co. for a brief period in 2004 before joining Mosart Marble and Mosaic L.L.C. as a Project/Quality Manager from 2005 to 2009.

In 2009, Marwan joined Dubai Municipality as a Specialist in the Quality, Planning, and Development department. Marwan played a key role in knowledge management until 2013.

Marwan's most recent roles include serving as the Group Senior Quality Manager at Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Quality and Excellence Director at RAKEZ, which they started in January 2019.

Marwan Haddad obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan from 1995 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Terra Sancta College, specializing in Tawjihi, from 1981 to 1995. Marwan has also obtained additional certifications including Leadership Foundations: Leadership Styles and Models from LinkedIn, a certification as an EFQM Excellence Assessor (EFQM 2014) from EFQM, and an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification from SGS in 2001.
