Marie Bel has over 20 years of experience in the employment services industry, currently serving as Manager d’agences at RAS Intérim since January 2019, where responsibilities include creating and developing five employment agencies in the Landes and Pays Basque regions, leading commercial teams, optimizing profitability, and organizing recruitment efforts. Previously, Marie held the position of Responsable d’agence, where the focus was on establishing a generalist employment agency. Prior to that, Marie worked at INTERIM 31 Intérim & Recrutement as Responsable d'Agence d'Intérim, managing client portfolios and recruitment processes. Marie's earlier experience includes roles at Adecco Human Resources AG, where responsibilities involved recruitment and commercial tasks, and as an Assistante technique/RH at SADE. Educational qualifications include a BTS in Force de Vente from GRETA Rouen Tertiaire, obtained between 2000 and 2002.
