Molly Cruz

Molly Cruz is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in donor relations, fundraising, and event management. Currently serving at Rasa Floors since January 2019, Molly maintains long-term customer relationships and drives sales in the multi-family industry. Previously, Molly held key positions at the University of North Texas Health Science Center and The University of Texas at San Antonio, focusing on donor stewardship and events to support institutional goals. Molly’s career also includes leadership roles at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and the Capital Area Food Bank of Texas, where significant fundraising achievements were realized. Early experience includes administrative and scheduling roles within the Texas Senate and Cypress Real Estate Company, complemented by a BA in Communication Studies from Texas Tech University.
