But we’re no ordinary gym; we understand you’re busy and don’t have hours to spend working out. We also know you like the occasional pizza or cookie and enjoy watching TV – so do we! This is why our gyms have been created for normal people who DON’T want a hardcore fitness regime, but who DO want to get the most out of life by keeping active.
