Tarek Shahla

Tarek Shahla has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 as a Law Clerk at The Becket Fund for Religious Liberty. Tarek then served as a Law Clerk at McGlinchey Stafford in 2007. Following that, Tarek worked as an Attorney at The Baringer Law Firm, LLC from 2007 to 2010. Tarek then joined Christensen, Doré, Jeansonne & Shahla, P.L.C. as a Partner from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, Tarek became the Vice President and General Counsel at Rasco, a position they held until 2016. From 2013 to 2016, they also worked as a Partner at Shahla PC, specializing in business advisory and international law. Tarek returned to Rasco as the Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel from 2016 to 2021, and is currently the President and CEO of the company starting from 2022.
