Nilesh Dhole

Nilesh Dhole is an experienced engineer with a focus on boiler proficiency, currently employed at Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited since September 2019. Previously, Nilesh held various positions including Shift Incharge at Thermax Limited and Assistant Manager at Atul Ltd, contributing to operations in thermal power plants. Nilesh began the career as a Production Engineer at HEMNIL METAL PROCESSORS PVT LTD. Nilesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University, completed in 2012.
