Marshall Benham

Marshall Benham is the Chief Operating Officer at RASIRC, having transitioned from semi-retirement in February 2022 to oversee operations alongside the CEO, focusing on sales, business development, and various operational functions. With over 37 years of experience in semiconductor process, manufacturing, and equipment marketing, Marshall plays a critical role in expanding RASIRC's business, particularly in converting low vapor-pressure liquid chemistries into safer gases for semiconductor applications. Prior to RASIRC, Marshall held several significant positions in renowned companies such as ASML, Cymer, Lam Research, and Applied Materials, covering roles from marketing executive to vice president and general manager, demonstrating a robust background in sales, product marketing, and customer service within the semiconductor industry. Marshall holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from UC San Diego, complemented by minors in Chemistry and Management Science.
