Helen Vallence has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Helen began their career as an Office Manager and Training Coordinator at Safetyworks in 2005. Helen then transitioned to Bayrock Construction, where they served as an Office Manager from 2005 to 2007. Helen then joined Deloitte & Touche Ireland as an IT, Operations, and Sustainability Administrator from 2007 to 2013.

In 2013, Helen joined Twitter, initially working as an Executive Assistant for over a year before taking on the role of Ad Operations Specialist. In this role, they partnered with various departments and ensured prompt and helpful responses to advertisers and sales inquiries. Helen also focused on driving quality and efficiency throughout their work.

Following their time at Twitter, Helen joined Kitman Labs as an Office Manager in 2015. Helen played a crucial role in building the office and culture while assisting with HR and office management duties. Helen'sresponsibilities encompassed project management for office fit-outs, maintaining a clean and functional office space, ordering supplies, managing calendars and meetings, planning company events, processing mail and packages, and coordinating travel arrangements.

From 2016 to 2017, Helen took on the position of Operations Administrator (Maternity Leave Cover) at Breast Cancer Ireland. Helen then joined Evolve Construction in 2015, where they worked in Operations until 2019. Helen temporarily paused their career to become a new mother during this period.

In 2020, Helen became an Administrator at CoderDojo, and they continued in this role until 2022. Currently, Helen is working at the Raspberry Pi Foundation as a CoderDojo Community Coordinator, specifically focused on support and communications.

Helen Vallence's education history includes multiple academic achievements, as well as obtaining certifications. In 2006 and 2007, they attended CMI and obtained a Certificate in Event Management & PR. From 2011 to 2014, Helen was enrolled at Dublin Business School, where they earned an Hons degree in Business Information Systems.
