Rachel Izzard

Rachel Izzard is currently the Group CFO at Co-op and has held the position since 2023. With a strong background in finance, Izzard previously served as the Group CFO for N Brown Group from 2020 to 2023 and as CFO for Aer Lingus from 2015 to 2020. Prior to these roles, Izzard was a Chief Financial Officer at IAG Cargo from 2013 to 2015, and held various finance managerial positions at British Airways from 2002 to 2004. Izzard also has experience as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee for Raspberry Pi since 2022 and began their career as a Finance Graduate at ExxonMobil in 1995. Izzard holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Birmingham, earned between 1992 and 1995.
