The Company designs and manufactures suspension and brake system components for pick-ups, sports utility vehicles and automobiles. The Company's activities are divided into two business segments: Brakes and Suspensions. The Brakes division is responsible for the design and manufacture of rotors, drums, hubs and assemblies, as well as other brake system elements. The Suspensions area produces multileaf springs, parabolic leaf springs and coil springs, as well as suspension components for light and medium trucks.
