Rafael Muela Gonzalez

Rafael Muela Gonzalez has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Rafael started their career at Capgemini in 2011 as a Consultant, where they worked on inventory analysis and programming. Rafael was involved in client management, back-office operations, and development of web services using Google Web Toolkit and JavaScript. In October 2011, they transitioned to the Activation and Preselection team, where they were responsible for resolving technical issues, providing 24/7 support, and developing and installing updates for Unix systems.

In 2015, Rafael joined Accenture España as a System Analyst. Rafael managed and planned projects with clients, created various documentation, coordinated development teams, and developed web services and applications using Google Web Toolkit and JavaScript.

Since 2017, Rafael has been working at Rastreator as the Head of Business Analyst. Rafael manages a team of business analysts in the Insurance department, coordinates development teams in a multinational environment, and defines and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs).

Rafael Muela Gonzalez pursued their education from 2005 to 2011 at the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniería Técnica Informática with a specialization in Sistemas.
