Gabriela C is the current HRBP Manager at Rata. Gabriela has over five years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations. Prior to their current role, they were the People and Culture Senior Manager at Rata.id, where they worked closely with the founding team to consult, define and improve RATA business objectives by understanding the needs of the organization and driving it based on a people-centric approach. Gabriela also collaborated with the leadership team to drive, evaluate, develop and improve RATA's current state of people and organization. In their role, they also built strategic hygiene work and infrastructure in the people culture team, including performance management cycle, employee engagement and culture strategy, salary structure, etc. Gabriela also managed the People and Culture team, which consisted of HR, Legal and GA, and oversaw 500+ employees. Prior to that, they were the HRBP Lead at PAYFAZZ and a Recruitment Specialist at Tokopedia. Gabriela started their career as an intern in the Human Resources Department at PT Sinarmas Multifinance before becoming an Assistant Research Executive at Illuminate Research Asia.
