Richard Steele has over two decades of experience in information technology and architecture, currently serving as the Manager of Information Technology at Ratcliff Architects since November 1998. Prior experience includes roles as Earthquake Engineering Aid and Principal CAD at the University of California, Berkeley, from 1978 to 2020, as well as Manager of Information Systems and CAD Manager at ELS Architecture + Urban Design from November 1994 to November 1998. Richard Steele holds educational qualifications from Boston Architectural College, the University of Miami, and Bridgewater Raritan High School West.
