Nick Roberts

Nick Roberts has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Nick began their career in 1998 as a Trainee Web Developer at Symmetrics. In 2000, they moved to ACT E-learning as a Multimedia Developer. The following year, they joined Ewan Group as an IT Technician. In 2004, they were hired as a Senior Configuration Analyst - Salesforce CRM at SIG plc, and was later promoted to Development Team Leader in the same company. In 2018, they joined E.ON UK as a Senior CRM Development Analyst, and currently works as a Marketing Cloud Administrator at Rated People | A Times 100 Best Mid-Sized Company since 2021.

Nick Roberts has a diverse educational background. Nick obtained their GCSEs from Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School, Faversham in the years 1985-1988. Nick then attended Sheffield Hallam University from 1990-1994, where they studied Computer Aided Engineering. In 2017, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification from Salesforce and is currently enrolled in Trailhead by Salesforce to further their knowledge in the same field.
