Beatriz Primo Prados

Beatriz Primo Prados has a strong background in legal and compliance roles. Beatriz is currently working as a Compliance Associate & Legal Manager at RatedPower since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Bank Guarantees Analyst at BNP Paribas from February 2021 to June 2022, and as a Trade Finance Operations Specialist at Talan from February 2021 to November 2021. Beatriz also has experience as a Corporate In-House Lawyer at Digital Smile Design (DSD) from October 2019 to February 2021.

Beatriz'searlier work experience includes serving as a Legal Intern at the Consulate General of Spain in New York for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Spain from October 2017 to January 2018. Beatriz also worked as a Legal Intern at Gestoría Administrativa Antona in 2016, where they gained practical experience in legal research and business administration. Furthermore, they served as a Legal Intern at Pilar Díez Ramos Law Firm in 2015, focusing on civil and corporate law.

Throughout their career, Beatriz has developed expertise in legal compliance, regulatory matters, business administration, and legal research. Beatriz has demonstrated strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, and has been involved in supporting companies' legal and financial compliance, offering strategic counsel, and managing various legal matters.

Beatriz Primo Prados began their education in 2012 at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Law in 2016. During their time at university, they also studied at The University of Freiburg from 2013 to 2015, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws - LLB. In 2016, they continued their studies at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and completed a Master's degree in Legal Practice in 2018.

After their Master's degree, in 2018 they enrolled at Maastricht University, where they pursued an LL.M - Master of Laws in International Corporate and Commercial Law until 2020.

In terms of specialized training, in 2015 and 2016, Beatriz Primo Prados attended Cerem Business School, where they completed a course in Certified Accounting Technician (CAT). In 2017, they participated in a Comparative Migration Law Studies Course and Human Rights, Human Trafficking, and Refugees program at Istanbul University. Beatriz further enhanced their knowledge by attending a course on Operations and Legal Framework in Foreign Trade at ADAMS Formación in 2020.

Continuing their pursuit of knowledge in human rights, in 2021 they attended the Human Rights Seminar at the Diplomatic School of Spain, focusing on Spain's role in the Council of Human Rights from 2018 to 2020.
