Alba Pardo

Alba Pardo has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Alba is currently working as an Associate Director - Customer Success at RateGain since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Manager at RateGain from October 2021 to May 2023. Before joining RateGain, Alba was the Reservations Manager at Fairmont Rey Juan Carlos I from February 2019 to October 2021. Alba also worked as a Client Success Team Leader at The Hotels Network from February 2018 to January 2019. Alba's experience also includes a role as Reservations Manager at Marriott Hotels from November 2014 to December 2017 and as Assistant Reservations Manager at Hotel Crowne Plaza Paris République from June 2012 to November 2014. Alba started their career at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona, where they worked as a Receptionist from July 2010 to August 2011 and as a Concierge Intern from April 2010 to July 2010. Alba also has experience as a Front Office Supervisor at Hilton Worldwide from October 2011 to May 2012.

Alba Pardo earned an MBA in Hotel Management from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Tourism Degree from the Universitat de Girona, completing it in 2009.
