Rohan Mittal is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at RateGain since May 2025, Rohan previously held the same position at Yatra Online Ltd., where significant growth was achieved leading to the company's NASDAQ listing in 2016. Rohan's career includes impactful tenures at RIVIGO, where a turnaround effort culminated in a successful business sale, and AllcargoGATI, the youngest CFO of an Indian listed company, overseeing post-merger integration and transformation initiatives. Previous roles at Allcargo Global involved strategic planning and M&A activities, while earlier experience includes positions at PwC India and Fourcee Infrastructure Equipments, where Rohan built strategic capabilities from the ground up.
